Covid-19

At LUX Lighting Solutions, several measures have been taken to prevent the spread of Covid-19. Please acknowledge that a maximum of 4 clients at the same time are authorized in the store.

Services offered by appointment only

We ask our clients to make an appointment with our team before coming to our offices. Appointments can be made directly on our website via the online appointment booking form. We offer appointments by phone or in the form of a virtual meeting. In-person appointments may be possible, subject to reservations.

In-store order pickup

Pick up of orders in store is always possible on weekdays between 8am and 5pm. However, we ask our customers to limit travel and to contact us before coming to the store to pick up their orders. We also ask that all measures, such as wearing a mask and physical distance, be respected when picking up orders.

Prevention protocol in place

In the LUX Lighting Solutions premises, the wearing of a mask or face cover is mandatory for everyone at all times. Procedural masks are available to our customers as needed. The physical distance of 2 meters must also be respected at all times. A strict disinfection protocol for all frequently used surfaces has been put in place. Disinfection is performed at least twice a day on all surfaces, except for handles, reception counter and TPV machine which are disinfected after each use.
